Bruce brings a distinctive combination of lived executive experience and professional coaching discipline to help senior leaders see what is true, hear what they need to hear, and act with greater clarity and intention.
He is also completing his forthcoming book, The Human Work, which explores leadership’s highest responsibility: the disciplined stewardship of a meaningful mission by shaping the conditions for healthy human systems where people retain their dignity, agency, and opportunity to contribute their best work.
